Persons can participate in competition of young scientists in the age of till 35 years. Wishing to participate in competition should present to Organizing committee the report, its abstract, the filled registration form with a mark in the corresponding column, to pay a registration payment.

Articles will be allowed to competition on results of preliminary expert examination. Valuable prizes will be handed winners.
