The purpose: In details to study changes of structure cardiac cycle at patients ischemic hearts diseases   (IHD) after operation aortocoronary bypass (ACB) and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)

Materials and methods: 87 patients with IHD are surveyed. The 45 patients has been executed operation ACB (group 1) and to 42 patients was operation PTCA is executed (group 2), 72 % of patients were men, age 56+7,2. By all patient it was carried out ultrasound research, before operation and for 7 day after operation, on device " SONOS-5500", HP, the USA, the analysis of phases of a systole and diastole it was carried out by A.R.Fuks's modified technique, 1989, the received data have been analysed with the help of a package of applied statistical programs " Statistica 5,5 ".

Conclusions: Thus change of phase structure cardiac cycle  is harbinger contractile dysfunctions of a myocardium at patients IHD. PTCA promotes fast restoration systolic to function of a myocardium.
