 In the report application of correlation and dispersive functions for the analysis стабилограмм patients with functional and organic diseases of nervous system is considered. It is shown efficiency of use of a variance ratio and mutual variance function. The high degree coherent fluctuations on stabilograms in sagittal and face-to-face planes in enough wide frequency ranges is marked. The great value of coherent function testifies to presence of strong linear inertial statistical connection of fluctuations in two planes and can be explained or existence of a uniform powerful source of fluctuations in CNS, or synchronization of fluctuations in sagittal and face-to-face planes.
